1.  Shipping

Policies, Options & Rates

Shipping in the continental United States incurs a UPS flat fee of $15.00.  Please note that we do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

You'll receive your order within 3 to 8 business days for UPS ground delivery once your order has been confirmed and shipped (not valid on international orders or on orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

Second-Day delivery is available for a charge of $45. Rushed orders are prioritized and sent out as quickly as possible the day of the order or latest the following business day.

A signature may be required on orders of $1,000.00 or more.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped using secure and insured delivery from the US Postal Service. You should receive your order within 6 to 10 business days once your order has been confirmed and shipped.


International Orders

Fleurisse & Léon ships internationally to a variety of countries at a flat fee of $25.  The list is available in the dropdown menu at Checkout.  If you do not see your country, please email us at order@fleurisse-leon.com.

We ship internationally using secure and insured delivery from the US Postal Service.  You should receive your order within 6 to 10 business days once your order has been confirmed and shipped.  Please note that due to paperwork and credit card security checks, it may take up to 5 business days for your item to ship.  If you would like us to use a faster delivery service, please email us or call us at                +1 212 717 8183.

Please be sure that an adult is available to receive the package at the delivery address as a signature may be required at delivery.

All duties and taxes are the recipient's obligation.  The recipient will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.  Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.  If you have any questions please email usfor more details.

 


2.  Tracking Your Order

Order Confirmation

You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order:

1. The first confirms that your order was received

2. The second confirms the shipment and will include an order tracking number


If you have not received the first email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact one of our Customer Services Associates at

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

You may add or cancel any item from your order.  Please call a Customer Services Associate at +1 212 717 8183

Please keep in mind that orders usually enter the packing process soon after your order is placed.


Tracking Your Order (Does not apply to orders sent via the US Postal Service)

You will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation e-mail. You will be able to find the shipping status of any order by going to www.UPS.com and entering the tracking number pertaining to your order.

3.  Returns & Exchanges
General Policy

Fleurisse & Léon proudly stands behind the products we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any full priced item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 20 calendar days of the item's shipment date and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping charge, according to our Return/Exchange Instructions. After 20 days the sale is final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.


Error in Shipping

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping and wrapping costs and take whatever applicable corrective action you suggest.  Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the items.


Special Orders, Special Items and Personalized items

Special orders, special items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Special items are identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. These items are final sale only.


Final Sale Items

No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise. Final Sale Merchandise are identified on the product page of the website or by the Customer Service Representative when you place an order. It is also identified in the confirmation email and the packing slip.

Important: Fleurisse & Léon will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above.


 How to Make a Return

 Please follow the instructions below:

1. Re-package the merchandise with a copy of your receipt.
2. We recommend that you use UPS insured, Federal Express insured or the US Postal Service insured for shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns so please record and retain the carrier, insurance and tracking information for your records.
3. If making a return from outside the US, mark the goods as returned goods with no commercial value to avoid a customs charge. Any taxes or duties incurred for an international return will be charged to the buyer.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used. Fleurisse & Léon will not issue refunds for used items. Final Sale items are not returnable.
